Sanur Agung Hotel - Sanur (Bali)

The pool offered a nice retreat after a day of exploring, and it's just a two-minute walk to the harbor, a huge plus for anyone looking to catch a ferry early in the morning.

The experience took a hit with issues like damp and smelly rooms, as well as a plumbing problem where water got clogged. Reports of unhelpful responses to emergencies and strict internet access policies added to the frustrations. It's an average place that might not match what you see in photos online.

you can also visit barista coffee house that offers excellent meals. location was within 15 min walking distance to black sand beach. it is adjacent to the airport. perfect place for a city trip in sanur.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel is fairly clean and the rooms are recently refurbished. It has excellent and helpful employees. The location it offers is marvellous, near shops restaurants and the beach, the Gilis island or Nusa Penida and the beach at Jalan HangTuah. Plus, the venue is 6 km from View Heathrow Observation Deck. They serve local food, have a wide array of options to choose from. Thank you for a nice stay.

Convenient stay near the harbor

The hotel's location made catching my boat the next morning easy!

The room showed signs of age, with some plumbing issues and lingering odors that detracted from the experience. The staff's response to issues could have been more empathetic.

It is a nice, well designed hotel. Nice pool, staff very helpful, allowed us leave our bags at Reception as our flight had been delayed.

A bit far away from main streets, restaurants etc. The shower curtain that was in our room could do with being cleaned or replaced.

The pool was lovely, but the room was cramped and noisy by the road.

Receptionist was very helpful. I was having difficulty contacting Air Canada (i Jakarta) via my mobile and she assisted and tried calling on the land line. It was greatly appreciated.

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. I particularly enjoyed that it was just a short walk to the harbor. The pool area was perfect, and the overall ambiance felt cute.

The Wi-Fi access was limited to guests only.

No extra charge for calling a blue taxi.

I found a towel on the floor of the bathroom but had no idea it was clean or not.

About the bathroom, so strange. The privacy about the bathroom is no good.

I had a pleasant stay with cozy room and refreshing swimming pool, but the bathroom privacy issue was a bit off-putting. Would return for another night!

Looks good from the outside; nice pool; nice staff

My wife and I staid only 2 nights, because the room was mouldy. The smell was every where in the room. Including the towels. The room was very small. Not what we were expecting of a Superior Double Room. But that is not the reason we left. The mould is the reason. I spoke to the owner Made Buana, who was asked by his staff to come. He did not deny our complaint. So he is aware of this. I paid USD 144.00 (2 nights+ 1 late cancelling night). I do have a Cash Receipt for this.

The price was great, the Hotel staff were always accomodating, The room and pool area were lovely and clean.
